== Wavebuilder combinations == <!-- unfinished rewrite: In addition to individualized data Items, fact-based connecting links (Properties), and statement Items representing hypotheses or propositions, there is one more kind of linkage between different Items: Wavebuilder combinations. These combinations loosely resemble the concept of a language model, but turned into a kind of linguistic arithmetic for representing the definitions of concepts as the sums of other things. --> Any two Items can be connected by a Wavebuilder combination to give a vague, general characterization of another Item. This should be taken as something more of a poetic exercise than the content of regular Properties. However, in some cases these combinations can represent relatively literal relationships between things, such as combining two propositions into a possible logical conclusion. Regular Properties should ideally contain verifiable facts or at least strong hypotheses that are likely to be substantiated. Wavebuilder combinations do not need to have the same kind of real-world precision. It is acceptable to create a combination which operates on metaphor and analogy as long as it makes immediate intuitive sense. The exception is if there is a more literal result of the Items in question that makes more sense. In this case, it is recommended you try to recreate the metaphorical result through different Items. A Wavebuilder dictionary is meant to only have one result for any particular combination, but leaving duplicate combinations on the same wiki page is not a problem if it aids in eventually moving one of them to a different page.
