Before creating a Lexeme for the first time, mark out the word forms like so:<br />
Cross out any forms that appear a second or third time, then number the forms, create them, and use Properties to tag which grammatical category or categories each word form represents.<br />
If more grammatical categories are documented later, add them at any number and do not worry about the order any more.
