Deltarune making the [[E:Spamton|scammer character]] have a few real emotions was wired. although the one thing I slightly object to sometimes is how creating a softly-whitewashed "I could be anybody" character erases the great difference between First-World and Third-World countries that actually creates a lot of real-world scammers. it's like structural racism only it's very very big. </li><li class="field_exstruct" value="12101" data-dimension="S">Nigerian prince scam -> everyone who isn't old has heard of these. fewer people actually know about the living conditions of the people sending these emails. <ref name="e1" /> <ref name="e2" /> </li><li class="field_exstruct" value="12102" data-dimension="S">Taiwanese massage degrees going to Turkey [https://research.moraleconomy.au/index.php?title=User:PeterGuerin5&oldid=6655] -> analyzing the motifs of spambots? of course. spambots tell some of the most interesting stories when you really, really look deep into them. look at how much history is behind Nigerian prince scams and "yahoos" alone. there's definitely something going on in either Taiwan or Turkey which is not good. are the people of Taiwan desperate? are they funneling people out of poorer countries to go to Taiwanese universities and go to Turkey? are they recruiting people out of Turkey to go to Taiwan and go back to Turkey? right now I don't quite get what's going on. </li></ol>
