Items that arrange distinguishable concepts or entities [[Philosophical_Research:Data_model#S2_Statements|into some sort of proposition]] that can be evaluated for its level of truth or accuracy. Some S2 Statements are [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proposition non-fictional statements about the real world]; other S2 Statements may include things like fan theories for fictional media or mathematical conjectures.

Any given S2 Statement should not necessarily be assumed to be neatly true or neatly false; in theory, an S2 Statement could contain wrongly-sectioned ontological models that require complicated answers to properly correct them. This is why S2 Statements and other such level 2 statements should generally follow the principle of <i>modeling claimed statements instead of facts</i>. However, if there is solid evidence to categorize an S2 Statement as <i>false</i> or <i>never meaningfully true in a reliable way</i>, the S2 Statement may be reclassified into an [[:Category:F2 Factually-Devoid Claims|F2 Statement]].
