## stacking

one very annoying thing about the monsterfarm cd algorithm is that it would simply block off CDs and not let you use them
I think that this isn't an optimum experience, and instead it should simply pop out something not as good until you properly "unlock your disk", so to speak


within the CDRW/Jours lore there is a perfectly plausible explanation for this
within the game there is going to be some kind of virtual disk that pops up which is not the same thing as your physical disk, most obviously so if it looks more like a cassette tape, floppy, or minidisc. every virtual disk maps to a particular monster, but every physical disk could pop out different virtual disks at different times

one possible interface:
"This is a disk stack. You cannot yet unlock the bottom"


part of what will determine which monsters are considered suitable for locked disks is the overall rarity algorithm
each monster will have a different rarity rating as a main breed and as a cross
