This is the part of the claim that prompts genuine inquiry and which will be assessed as true or false.

	== ~~Usage notes~~ ==		Generally speaking, there are at least two major kinds of positive reception to a Trotskyist text. One is positive reception by [[E:right-Liberalism\|right-Liberals]] in First World countries, who are often some kind of capitalist. When center- or right-Liberals spread around a Trotskyist text such as <cite>Stalin</cite> or <cite>The Revolution Betrayed</cite>, it is usually to discredit both mainstream Marxism-Leninism <em>and</em> a hypothetical Trotskyist workers' state. The other kind of positive reception is by "socialists" — the category of [[E:Western Marxism\|sympathetic bourgeoisie]] who will become Communist allies supporting the existence of another country of people regardless of what type of republic it is, or the workers.

			It should be noted that Alan Woods is fully aware of the concept of [[E:capitalist restoration\|capitalist restoration]]. He has spoken about the concept of Cuba possibly reverting to capitalism because it has allowed a private sector to develop, which under his analysis cannot coexist with a Marxist party-nation without eventually breaking it open. If this hypothesis is true, then it could hypothetically be the case that Trotskyists taking the wrong actions could contribute to this trajectory of capitalist restoration. It might or might not be the case that it is always [[E:Deng Xiaoping Thought\|better for Cuba to have a Marxist party-nation than not]] even if it will generally be run by [[E:culturally-defined Communist\|crimson-tinted sympathetic bourgeoisie]] protecting the population from [[E:Liberal-republicanism\|blue-tinted bourgeoisie]]. This claim would rest on the claim that there are reasonable fine-scale models for [[:Category:historical processes ontology\|historical processes]] such as multiple instances of Deng Xiaoping Thought forming a bloc and building internal trade links until they ultimately mature internally and realize into some sort of supranational federation Marxism; these transformations could either turn out to be a [[E:Trotskyism in one supranational federation\|variety of Trotskyism]] or simply show that Deng Xiaoping Thought can transition into another [[E:named Bolshevism\|Marxism]] and is not doomed.

			This claim should be considered false if it can be shown that Trotskyist books being printed in Cuba is actually a direct sign toward the rise of the bourgeoisie and the potential emergence of a Liberal republic over the top of Cuba.

			If it can be shown that Trotskyist books are instead a sign that Cuban Marxists are actually forming genuine alliances with Trotskyists across other countries and their own — alliances which will not simply result in population-wide antagonisms between the Cuban population and other populations such as the British population — the claim can be considered true.
