			{{li\|I=S1/MX\|tradition=MX\|Q=618\|Q2=618}}Trotskyism in one country -> this motif refers to a couple of things. years ago it used to very literally refer to a socialism in one country that claimed to be Trotskyist (which is impossible). but circa 2025 what it started meaning instead was 'a Trotskyist party breaking through bourgeois control in some particular country region, in that almost all of the world happens to be divided into country regions' — no actual requirement of socialism in one country or nation-states as we know them. you can't call this particular concept "socialism" because to Trotskyists socialism only begins when Trotskyism 'breaks through' across basically all former nation-states. so I was instead calling it "Trotskyism in one country" for lack of a better term. around late 2025 I shifted to "Trotskyist republic".
