Ultraman, which is a blatant failed Communism metaphor anyway, has all the people turning into big aliens with powers to represent that the society has been transformed, and with their new form they have become something greater by leaving behind what they were previously but they also can't totally get rid of it. you can also connect sublation to real-world evolution, and how it often takes a while for any particular ancestral characteristic to be lost and you always have some of them. but I like to point to superhero shows because they portray things happening without having to wait for them, this idea that something part of a bigger thing can simply change itself when change is needed.</ins>

{{li|start=y|I=S1/ML|Q=35,17|Q2=3517|h4 = Leninist action show }} (motif) / action show, adventure book, board game/computer game, or other such fictional narrative which aligns itself with a particular fictionalized concept of defending the Second World or defending the national or global working class, whatever the exact equivalent in-universe may be -><br/>
essentially this is the motif of tying action or adventure narratives to a historical process of Communist revolution or at least a national independence movement that is actually stated to be aligned with some kind of Second World within the text<br/>
the only really clear, nail-on-the-head example I can think of in existing things is {{film|Ultraman}} series, which is kind of a weak example really as far as what this motif {{em|could}} be.<br/>
another much subtler example is the way that {{film|Steven Universe}} puts its concept of a vague transition out of empire in a historical context and it has one show that's a historical era of semi- violent conflict and then a second calmer show that's a historical era of what happens after that transition happened. it's like, exactly the hollow outline of this motif, making a story arc with the same outward shape without putting the crimson content inside.
