			lawyers are constantly trying to keep things exactly as they are, prosecuting anything that appears to threaten businesses, and sometimes representing unions and trying to get businesses regulated. but in a way, it's always the lawyers that win, because it's always the lawyers that get to decide what the outcomes of all conflicts are and what is going to be recorded in federal and regional law. lawyers think they've tamed all human conflicts, saying, here is gender law and here is race law and here is labor law. but all the conflicts between lawyers where they think they've won or lost are illusory, because all of it is a proxy war that is only carried out by imagined facsimilies of real things. people say that Communism "only works on paper", but Liberal republics somewhat literally live all their history {{em\|on paper}} inside the arguments of appointed lawyers. it's very easy for all these arguments to simply be working off hypothetical models of how groups of people interact with each other that are just plain wrong, and when those models and amendments are wrong, laws and amendments will fail to function or be repealed. critical race theory is like 20% of the way to understanding how bad the problem is. yes, laws about race are often working off wrong models, but so is every other law. quite honestly, to get laws that work you need to abolish the entire concept of Idealist law and make laws which are more following the principles of existential materialism; whenever a law doesn't reflect how people really behave, it has to be replaced with one that has a real understanding of social dynamics and how to control them. I think that's the best way to create transitional laws within a workers' state that is attempting to hold its structure long enough to gradually make laws and government irrelevant. all Idealist laws will eventually be pushed back on by material reality, while a truly Materialist law would be followed so well it would hardly ever have to be enforced.

			I wish people wouldn't use concepts like this to put subjective experience over the material world and potential alternatives like seeing overall populations as physical objects, but, what can you do. in some ways religion "absorbs" or "co-opts" the concept of education and awareness to spread its own message, like with the notion of Māyā or Christ as the true reality, but in other ways, religion just accidentally describes the general process of education and I can't really be against that. I think to some extent we can "keep" those parts.
