Take a look at [[Special:PermanentLink/1369#Unreleased_works?|FirstNineThousand talk]], where I came up with an idea to give some unreleased projects 1000 Item spaces. I think it would make sense to create a section on each thesis portal tracking its progress toward getting promoted to an "S.S.R." and joining the general Ontology portals group.
