this is a very interesting motif in terms of what it says about how each show perceives Pokémon, but unfortunately I had to censor it because even if it's kind of baby-talk it means penis. you can't say penis or vagina in an outward-facing Item label unless they're Take It Seriously — like if "vagina" ended up in a slogan about abortion then it's okay, or if it's in a Background section or the notes on a prototype page and is somewhat serious, but you can't use them as jokes or they will be censored.
