Description
This is a template for making external links with the parameters in any order. It does not call Template:TTS, although it can be used to improve accessibility by making a page's source text more readable.
Parameters
1- link text (optional)E- Ontology entry to link toEC- Ontology talk entry to link tohref- external URL to link todatetime- date associated with page linked to; publication date, inception date, whatever date is most important.
