  1. anarchism and spontaneously abolishing borders -> I understand why anarchists want this. it may scare me in relation to Third-World countries and tribal populations that I really feel are just going to get their desired lands double-stolen again by anarchists, but hey, it's logically coherent. the thing I don't understand is why Marxists periodically absorb this part of anarchism whether they're orange, strawberry, or crimson. if it was only a Trotskyist thing I'd understand it but in mainstream Marxism-Leninism it just seems like a material error.

Anarchism and Mexican border

  1. anarchist psyop -> we all need to be honest that these exist. an anarchist psyop is here defined as when anarchists carry out a nonviolent, relatively small-potatoes movement as a secret operation and then try to convince everyone through application of security culture and hiding behind useful idiots who still believe in Liberal-republicanism instead of anarchism (from center-Liberals to Tories to Marxists) that no anarchist movement is happening even though one totally is. bonus points if basically nobody ever finds out that it was an anarchist operation; that's the most prototypical case that would be an "anarchist psyop".
I heard a rumor within the past year or two that one of these may have occurred in Mexico with anarchists telling people they could just go to the United States, disregard borders, and do what they want, and basically if they asserted ethics and Lived Experience hard enough borders and imperialism would kind of just stop existing and the inherent "democracy" of humanity would have defeated them. I am not sure if this claim is true. it didn't come from Tories, and all the details sounded consistent with things I've actually seen anarchists say, so that makes me think the probability of it being true is nonzero. anyway... let's just take this claimed event as a hypothetical scenario. if it had happened, then it would have been an anarchist psyop, because practically nobody in the United States is aware of the idea that immigration could be an intentional movement to break down the iron rule of nation-states and "Whiteness", especially one that wasn't at all caused by "The Left" in the United States. (I'm not going to call it a "conspiracy" even if it was a deliberate scheme, because quite honestly, even a deliberate anarchist invasion would be pretty pronounced redacted similar to the kinds of movements and ideologies the United States already has — like, the United States is so far gone with blue anarchism that if Mexican anarchists invaded it literally nothing would change and nothing would be worse. I may despise anarchist theories in the generic but no, Mexican anarchism is not uniquely bad or scary or threatening.)
  2. At some time between 1980 and 2025, Mexican anarchists told people to flood into the United States in an attempt to defeat nation-states and borders -> the claim itself, for investigation and fact-checking
I'm pretty 50/50 on this possibly being true. One thing I know is that if this happened it would definitely not have been the cause of all immigration. There would be some percentage that was associated with this, probably well below half, and then just a bunch of people who had nothing to do with it. The original claim didn't give any fractions or numbers, but to me that's the most realistic possibility.
