Democracy requires progress / In order for democracy to exist, progress must take place / In order for democracy to exist (democratic republic; republic; Liberal-republicanism; liberal democracy), progress must take place, in the sense of continuous changes (creations; abolitions; amendments) within the system, or else a democratic republic completely ceases to exist, and pre-democracy, "undemocratic" forms of society then take hold, as if democracy had never existed in the first place ->
I think this is a very important concept to set down and discuss before Liberal-republicans are allowed to say anything at all. because I swear there are a lot of "Liberal-republican revisionists" that exist who just like revisionist Marxists will flat-out undo and destroy their own system because they don't understand it, and regardless of any other system that exists, they completely undermine the things they themselves claim to believe in.
