This is a severely unfinished game that in some senses was never started; there had been a couple of small demos for partial features, but to be perfectly honest, it never had any genuine development. Posting anything about it here may be a weird thing to do, but I am not worried. Either the project will get finished one day or none of this actually matters.

Items[edit]

  1. don't throw away your friends (pronounced essek-I) -> the motif that characters should not be treated like simple game pieces that can be put in a box somewhere, but instead as individuals having ongoing "biographies" that face consequences when someone puts them aside and forgets them. this greatly affects the design of game loops and life-histories, because suddenly particular individual creatures have to really carry the whole game and you can't just lean on "diversity" and "balance" among different shallow individuals to fix everything. Digimon charts are a good design, because they vaguely get at the idea of great psychological depth within a single individual, even if the methods of getting each form can be a little random against the clear thematic concepts of the forms.
  2. death (pronounced essek-I)
  3. bad route (pronounced essek-I)
