- Vox fights the orcs / Vox party fights the orcs [1] -> one of those things that has its shock value for two seconds and then... the more you look at it the stranger it gets and the more interesting a sociological study it is.
one one side we have Vox. on the other side we have: feminism, LGBT+, Bolshevism, the Second Spanish Republic (?!), Catalan independence, El País, Cadena SER, anti-fascism, Black Lives Matter / schizoanalysis (?).
it's like. a lot of people hate Communism, so that's whatever, but what the hell is up with the rest of this. what the hell did the Second Spanish Republic do?? this has the exact same feel as Valle Verde and its weird scenes about how horrible and ungodly the French Revolution was that didn't really make any sense. - Vox fights the orcs -> let's see here.
the Second Spanish Republic was defeated by Franco. how very subtle of them. the second republic had separation of church and state. I can almost see why they're mad already. Catalonia was turned into a local state. that's enough to make Duginists angry. the workers' movement was defeated by the Moroccan colonial army — not relevant to this image but very relevant if Trotsky was going to go into a rant about how to succeed at Communist revolution in Spain. we need to think harder about imperialism (not colonialism precisely, but inclusive of migrating bourgeoisie) as pre-dating Liberal capitalism per se. was capitalism international before it successfully became Liberal-republicanism? I think there's a case for that.
