# how to get anyone to vote for Joe Biden by the time you succeed, you'll wish you hadn't ------ v4.3r/ "deal" [cr. 1689983504] [older scrap - ok to remove once rewritten into new entry] ... "MDem has a certain point," you say. "it does seem that the only way we will prevent reactionaries from assembling into a true fascism or many small but equally-oppressive local nationalisms is to create a wide, unbreakable graph of progressive democrats. but I think I'm going to be fine with social democracy" ... [*d] you have a tough road ahead of you you are going to have to hold together two different graph populations including progressives and nazis and make them all come to real agreements on issues they have never wanted to agree on /real/ agreements, as in everyone near-unanimously comes together on the same issue for a long time and in which the issue never reverts back to its old position or devolves back into another shouting match. ... you know that in the United States political issues and debates actually form the /defining boundaries of communities/ and to enter into these irreconcilable issues is to break apart the outer wall of the community itself. people become very uncomfortable when their Village is unprotected and they must truly become accountable to invaders for their opinions. would you be willing to compromise with nazis to take away affirmative action simply so everybody felt that there was a certain consistent standard of fairness ... you think you can simply take over an area forever and impose correct answers decided within one graph population onto separate graph populations of people from the outside? who are you, Joseph Stalin? [*o] ------ [cr. 2025-03-04T04:52:34Z] # how to get anyone to vote for Joe Biden by the time you succeed, you'll wish you hadn't ------ [cr. 2025-03-04T03:05:30Z] how to get anyone to vote for Joe Biden - throughout this text I've made you the promise that meta-Marxism is not a specific ideology, and is in fact a method for _studying and improving any ideology_ in order to make that ideology as viable in the real world as it can possibly be meta-Marxism can be used to improve Trotskyism, meta-Marxism can be used to improve Maoism, meta-Marxism can be used to improve Existentialism, meta-Marxism can be used to improve Anarchism. but if all of this is logically true, then is it not also true that meta-Marxism can be used to improve center-Liberalism? of course. of course that is true. no matter if your initial group of people is a mass of unskilled workers, a smattering of unemployed people unable to enter society, or an association of outright capitalists, if ideologies are nothing more than material people and material social graphs assembled into the shape of a particular Particle Theory, then it logically follows that meta-Marxist analysis of a center-Liberal ideology can spit out the best Particle Theory for that ideology just as well as any other. there is no reason why meta-Marxism cannot uncover the best way to improve center-Liberalism and win a center-Liberal election there is just one caveat: you probably aren't going to like it. Liberalism in the form it actually operates in the real world is full of irreconcilable contradictions, and as such, any honest look at how Liberalism actually functions will likely challenge your preconceived notions about the world in ways you find unacceptable. however, if you truly wish to know how to win a Liberal election at any cost in terms of cognitive dissonance, sparing no expense except the expense of compromising morality and ethics, then you can read on. if you really want people to vote for a candidate, people vote for candidates because their lives would improve by placing a vote or participating in an election. the YouTuber theory of elections - today people are most drawn to any particular figurehead because figureheads reassure people that merely associating with them and giving their attention will lead to an improvement in their lives, or literally carry out programs to mobilize people - telling thousands and thousands of people to vote, charity events where they donate money Vaush got his voters by covering news and reassuring people that if they simply upvote enough center-Liberal-biased news their lives will get better. such a claim is not necessarily true, but it is certainly powerful enough to get millions of people to pick a particular figurehead, vote for their channel by clicking the Subscribe button, and vote for all their videos. many non-political YouTubers get voters by providing viewers with so-called "escapism". somebody posts a Pokémon video, viewers get to spend hours or days not thinking about politics by watching these videos, and then they upvote the video and vote for the channel so that these kinds of videos will be more likely to appear on the homepage and more and more people can have the opportunity to decide to experience Pokémon instead of election news, Supreme Court news, or any other news. the same graph dynamic seen with political videos is still in play: because videos offer people a Social-Graph System they are comfortable being in led by some kind of figurehead they like (the "PokéTuber"), they cast their vote for the figurehead and that figurehead's existing connected body of voters, and keep continuously giving votes. you have to eschew the notion of government programs, and you have to create center-Liberal antifascist _charities_ seeing these charities constantly active and helping people because people interact with them and associate with them would cause people to vote for their candidate and build up loyalty to keep voting everyone is Raditz - don't rely on morality. never rely on morality. you live on Planet Vegeta. everyone is Raditz. that is exactly the kind of individual that you have to persuade that "anti-racism is common sense". Raditz has no ethics. you will not be able to get him to vote for you if your argument is based on morality or empathy. if you do not make the assumption that everyone is Raditz, yet in the actual world this statement is accurate, then the party that _does_ make that assumption is the one that will win. elections are the process of people picking their leaders, and leaders are always generated from the people that actually exist. if your population looks like 90 million of Raditz, and they are looking for a figurehead, they won't nominate Goku, they'll nominate King Vegeta. how do you overcome this problem, if you don't wish to spontaneously become an Identitarian fascist in order to run for office? you have to persuade Raditz that even if he votes for you he won't become alienated from what he expects his containing population to be like and his life won't get worse. this is much easier said than done. there are many people in the United States who outright believe that having to use particular pronouns or having to get a vaccine is making their life worse. you cannot merely face down these people and tell them what are the correct wants and the correct feelings. if you try to do this, you might as well have walked up to a Saiyan and told them to stop fighting and killing everything — which if you are not clear on the results of this, is a sure way for anyone in the Dragon Ball universe to get punched halfway across the galaxy. voting is an expression of affinity. voting is a relationship. relationships can never be forced. whenever anyone attempts to form a relationship with anybody, that person can always arbitrarily decide to turn their back and sever the relationship. whatever you do you almost certainly must abandon the concept of _democulture_. Liberalism is the fusion of an indefinite number of different ideologies into a single government and if you allow anyone to believe in democulture, then you will not have success with getting Anarchists, Gramscians, center-Liberals, and Tories to all merely accept Liberal democracy as it is and live in harmony. ------ => 1740801032 *o. v4.4-5.2 scraps/ problems with democulture ; otangelo democulture ; ; post to research wiki shortly :: cr. 2025-03-04T03:05:30Z ; 1741057530 ; new v5.2 era entry created :: t. v4-4_6200_vote-joe-biden ; v4.4-5.2 scraps/ how to get anyone to vote for Joe Biden ; << 1689983504 *d. v4.3 scraps/ An art of the deal ; v4r/ 6200 deal => youtube.com/watch?v=Uu205rMDkYg n. mood track - Holiday Country - Deltarune ;
