Main entry[edit]

  1. national liberation movement / national independence movement (generic)
  2. Whenever somebody belongs to a marginalized or imperialized group their current position compounds on any effort to get out of it / Frantz Fanon conjecture / I've been Frantz-Fanon'd (motif phrasing) -> this man has been used to argue "prejudices" and the notion that colonialism is in our heads, but if you look at what he's actually describing here it would seem it's true. [1] I think it isn't too hard to formalize this into a mathematical theory of Populationism or Everybodyism. it's like... you can get this across with two separate quantities and an exponential equation
this was placed next to "revolution" to underscore that it is one of the most important concepts to defining what revolution or progress even is. and so I can fairly say that racism was addressed at a small Item number even though I filled up a lot of Items with US-internal events and highly specific things like mathematical data structures instead of issues. the placement of Items isn't about their importance, it's about putting them next to each other by correlation, but I did think about representing important issues for their own sake before Item 2000
  3. Frantz Fanon conjecture -> violet because it fits with the theme of chunk competition.
