Parameters

• 1 - ideology code / philosophy tag; not automatically formatted
• ET2 - second ideology code, if needed
• 2 - HTML classname
• 3 - CSS background color, to be rendered as swatch
• 4 - CSS border color, to be rendered as swatch
• EQ - Item / Ontology entry to link in "new swatch" row
• EQ2 - second Item to be linked, if needed
• C - if "T", Item will be added to Category:Items with unique philosophy tags
