A broad category or sect of Leninism created between 1906-1925 with many splinter sects or divisions, all generally embodying the theme of being against Stalin's vision of socialism in one country and the general kinds of party and ministry structures seen in the Soviet Union, early China, or East Germany, although generally outwardly claiming to believe in exactly the same ideological content set down by Lenin around 1920, such as claiming to believe in a Leninist party structure and democratic centralism.
